Started my day with a brisk 8.5km walk along the Toolern Creek Park track.
I made the rookie mistake in wearing my new runners & now have a few new blisters!
I enjoyed the walk & might have to make this a weekend habit.
In a update about my weight loss, I am now down to a slender 114.5kgs!
That’s a total loss of 20kgs since the start of December last year!
I’m really looking forward to the challenge of losing the next 15kgs to get to my goal weight of 99kgs!
